Terry Frishman, MBA (Columbia University), is an award-winning culinary business expert who helps launch and grow specialty food companies through Culinest, her boutique consulting and educationalcompany. Terry has been a repeat guest speaker on Food Network, for the Specialty Food Association and the International Restaurant Show, and regularly teaches food business classes at three Manhattan culinary schools. She has served as President of the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice (NY) and VP for the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance and the International Wine & Food Society (NY). Terry has over 20 years of experience moving culinary businesses forward with strategic and tactical assistance. She began her food career launching and managing $20M, $75M and $120M product lines at Kraft General Foods, where she won six awards. More recently was Sarabeth’s International Sales Manager. She is happily married to Gary Gluck - a serial entrepreneur, and the proud mom of Ivy and Becca.
