Set goals within reach of your current skill set, knowledge, and opportunity.
You can aspire for the top position in your company, but without experience, you will not get it.
Aim for something a little more reachable, and take it from there.
Do what it takes to get you within shooting distance of your ultimate goal.
When you set goals you can achieve, you are building your career brick by brick.
It may not take off like a rocket ship, but neither will it burn out.
