In 2010, she opened up an individual private counseling practice where she works exclusively with adults, 21+, who are experiencing anxiety related to work, relationships and family. She also specializes in helping individuals with Multiple Sclerosis and those who are caring for a loved one with dementia reduce their stress and anxiety.
