G. Elizabeth Kretchmer holds an MFA in Writing from Pacific University. She is the author of The Damnable Legacy, a novel, and Women on the Brink, a short story collection. Her short fiction, essays, and freelance work have appeared in the New York Times, High Desert Journal, Silk Road Review, SLAB, and other publications.
