Joshua Graham, also called the Burned Man, is a Mormon missionary-turned-army commander in Fallout.

Fallout is a series of post-apocalyptic role-playing video games—and later action role-playing games—created by Interplay Entertainment.

His character is a paradoxical combination of a loving, compassionate servant of the Lord and a sinister, brutal militiaman.
