She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Art (Psychology/ English/ Communication Arts) and has also completed graduate coursework in Organizational and Technology Management. She holds a certificate in both Work Place Communications and Human Behavior Consultant in DISC Personality Assessment. As an executive coach with a practice focused on individual and customized team leadership development, she provides programs to help teams achieve excellence and extraordinary results. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach Teacher and Speaker, she conducts workshops, seminars, and keynote speaking engagements.
