What happened with Metallica and Megadeath?

Metallica is more than a band; they are a family.

However, as anyone in a family can tell you, sometimes families fight.

In the early days of Metallica, the band underwent some changes.

Lead singer James Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich kicked out lead guitarist Dave Mustaine.

They disagreed about business and professional choices.

Mustaine would leave the group and go on to form Metallica’s rival, Megadeath.

The feud between the two bands was bitter for many years.

In recent times, the feud has cooled off.

Sometimes moving on is necessary.

However, Ulrich begs to differ, noting, “The day Metallica’s over, I’m not going to put an ad looking for another band.”

Even though these guys play hardcore metal music, they are still humans with emotions and feelings.

Ulrich added, “Metallica’s the only band I’ve ever been, and it’s the only I ever wanna be in.”

Who do you think is better, Metallica or Megadeath?

There is no better between the two each band has their grapes and their downfalls I believe that Dave being let go for a better purpose so that he could create Megadeth cuz I believe in time it wouldn’t have worked out between the guys and Dave he had a different vision of what he wanted to do and in the early days I was so into Metallica that I just despised Dave but until I grew and learned the story I appreciate Dave I love his music I love the way he thinks about things he’s just an all-around great guy you know as the guys in Metallica you know I mean like I said there’s no better between the two they’re both great I would put them at number one together
