2. Take Action to Rid Yourself of Destructive Habits

Make a list of your bad habits.

However, as you make your list, don’t limit yourself to physical things like drinking too much or not getting enough exercise.

Include things that impact your emotional and spiritual well-being as well.

If you want to live life to the fullest, start taking action now.

Apply for that dream job, and schedule that vacation.

Finish your degree.

Do whatever it is that you need to do, but take action now.

Otherwise you’ll just spend the rest of your life going through the motions.

You don’t need to be extremely rich, lucky, or well educated to live a life of fulfillment and meaning.

You just have to decide what you want from life and make getting what you want a priority.
