Fulton Sheen’s full name was Fulton John Sheen, and he was born in El Paso, Illinois, in 1895 and died in New York City in 1979.
Fulton lived a life full of accomplishments, including becoming the Bishop of Rochester for three years before taking the position of Archbishop of the titular see of Newport, Wales.
