The famous and successful cartoonist, Scott Adams, said that he writes down his affirmations 15 times every day.

Somehow, it works. His mind makes it real because he is so committed and he visualized himself as a famous cartoonist.
So should you write down your affirmations or should you say them out loud?
My suggestion is to do both. Since this activity did not cost you anything except a couple of minutes of your time, why not do it everyday?

5. Believe In Them
Finally, you must believe in your affirmations. There is no point to do it everyday if you do not believe in them in the first place.
Do you think that you can achieve your dreams if you don’t believe in them yourself?
Successful people believe in their dreams and themselves. This is why they are able to unleash their inner potential to achieve outstanding results in life.
If you don’t believe in your goals and dreams, nobody would. When you truly believe in something, you will take action and do it.
People who fail to accomplish their goals and dreams do NOT take action, simply because they don’t truly believe that it is possible for them to achieve what they want.
Let me ask you this: will you buy a lottery ticket if you don’t believe that you are going to win? The answer is a NO.
People buy lottery tickets because they believe that there is a chance for them to win.

If you don’t believe that you can achieve what you affirm, you will never take action.
If you 100 percent believe that you are going to build a successful business, do you think you will go ahead and take massive action?
The answer is an absolute YES.
You know you are going to be successful. You know you will never fail.
And you take action because you believe that it is possible for you to achieve it.
