    Why is it that most of these quotes are written or said by white/European people? Where are the quotes from the latina/o/x gente who have just as important words to say about death and whose tradition these belongs too? Don’t get me wrong, I like me a quote from Mark Twain just as much as the next person, but if latina/o/x gente are represented just by quotes from the Disney Movie Coco then there is a serious conversation we need to be having here. 🤷‍♀️
