My friend in college loves to get a tattoo on her body whenever something extraordinary happens in her life. Like when she had her baby, she put a big lily flower on her back since she named her baby Lily. Aside from the fact that most people get a tattoo for a piece of work and fashion statement, most of the people I know here in New York City who have a tattoo do it for their meaning. I’m still not decided to ink my body and get a tattoo, but if ever I have one, it would be because of its meaning, and I like to grab one in one of the quotes you share in your post.
