What’s your most embarrassing moment as a teenager?

Like many others, I had a hard time getting through middle school and high school.

I was bullied throughout multiple years of my life.

At 24, those experiences still affect my mental health.

I have so much respect for teenagers.

More often than not, being a teenager is difficult. It takes a strong person to keep moving forward.

One piece of advice I would give to teenagers is not to be afraid to step outside of their comfort zone.

Whether joining a new club at school or introducing yourself to a new person in math class, don’t be afraid to try new things.
