What wasn’t surprising was all the quotes about how wonderful lavender is when used as a form of aromatherapy.
My son has calmed down in response to lavender since he was an infant!
Research has shown that the scent of lavender can pass signals from the nose to the brain that really does help you be less anxious.
I even have a spastic dog, who I treat with lavender essential oil.
