Having lived for 16 years with a wolf/dog while also rescuing street dogs, I have learned much about the wildness and complexity of the wolf nature. I also developed a love and respect for what I learned. . Many of these quotes are wonderful. I especially love the Barry Lopez quote “The gaze of the wolf reaches into my soul”..
